RETURNS POLICY

Here at Simply Side Tables, we are confident you will be happy and content with every table you order from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to item faults, there are several scenarios where we can offer a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

DAMAGE COMPENSATION

If you receive a damaged product, we will be responsible for refunds, exchange or replacements according to your preference.

 

RETURNING DAMAGED GOODS

In the incredibly unlikely event your table was damaged during the shipping process, please contact us within seven days of the item’s arrival and include clear photos of the damage. If the damage occurred during shipping, please be sure to send images of the packaging, product, as well as any documentation of goods damage supplied to you by the postal workers.

 

EXCEPTIONS

We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Item does not meet your aesthetic vision or needs
  • Refusal to pay customs fees (in the unlikely event you are asked to pay customs fees – please get in contact and we will refund you this amount)
  • The customer provides an incorrect address or telephone number
  • Damage/loss of product due to the customer not being available for delivery destination at the specified address provided during checkout.
